Working with you has been an awesome journey. Producing numerous tracks with you over the past few years has been
amazing. Working with you in the studio was fun, lively, and a great learning experience for me. With my own songs
and you on the guitar, we were able to produce an awesome CD with great tracks. You're a great producer and I'm glad
i got to know you. Here's to many more tracks in the future! Thanks Tony.
- Kristin Kulba (up & coming smooth jazz recording artist)
"Anyone who knows Tony Di Lullo would agree that he is
the perfect combination of integrity, talent and
laughter. He is an absolute joy to work with and I
consider myself very fortunate that he was available
to be an engineer on my last recording project."
- Joe Vulpis - AP Music Studios
Just a note to say thanks for the great guitar tracks for Starabella.
The audio for the book is so much better with your creative tracks.
The client was thrilled when they heard the final product. It looks
Like we'll be getting a lot more work from them.
- Jay Sweeney - Keyboards, Producer
Tony D is the best collaborator I have ever worked with. He is the most informed, patient, and talented engineer/producer/guitarist in NYC. I am honored and fortunate to have him as a partner.
- Eric Mauriello - Bass Player/producer
we've been PLAYING together in CP&IO for many years. In addition to it being fun - I've always
admired your guitar playing as well.ÝHowever I must drop you a note to say how impressed I was with
the production work you did on the EP. The final product sounds great - and coming from a fellow producer -
those are high words of praise!
- Rita Jackson
I was looking for a recording studio for my new original material
and I saw an ad in the Voice for "Tin Man Music".Ý I was a bit fragile
as I had just parted from my guitar player/recording engineer partner.Ý
I arranged to meet with Tony DiLullo at his recording studio to record
my latest song; "Can You Hear Me Child?".Ý He told me he could play
my guitar part as well as engineer the session.Ý I was skeptical but
hopeful.Ý Well, just listen to his sensitive, artful playing, not
to mention his masterful prowess at the board; and this was just our
first recording together.ÝÝ7 years and 20 some recorded songs later...a
'sound bite' is hard when you know Tony, because there are so many
good things to say.
- Claudia Koal -
Music Producer
Tony DiLullo plays and works well with others and makes you feel like you really know what you're doing.
Once he learns how to do it without the prom dress and tiara, things will really rock!
A true professional with a great "no problem" attitude and heart of gold. Pretty neat for a Tinman.
Love working with him!
- Mitsuyo Niwa - singer/songwriter
Tony Di Lullo has the most sensitive ear and heart for music. As a studio man, he never compromises, as a guitarist, he plays with
sensitivity.
- Frank Picarazzi - Composer, Arranger, Percussionist
"Tony is one of the most consistently excellent musicians I've ever
worked with. As a guitarist, his versatility and technical prowess
are outstanding. As an audio engineer, he possesses a a keen ear,
a deep and vast knowledge of different styles, and tons of patience.
I'd recommend him to anyone, for any project".
- Vu - Singer/songwriter
Just wanted to tell you that this last session was the most fun I've ever had in the studio. I'm amazed at how
intuitive you are and yet how you remain so humble.
I shared the songs with a loved one and they liked it a lot. They gave me a couple of pointers to improve
my vocal performance but again this person was really impressed with the guitar playing and wanted to know
more about you. You may think I'm exaggerating but I have never before gotten such consistent positive feedback
about a particular musician's expression on any other work that I've done. I think something extraordinary
is meant to happen with you and your guitar.
- Caeser Pink - Singer/songwriter/producer
No matter what you ask of him Tony has the technical ability and musical
knowledge to deliver. And whether onstage or in the studio his patience
and professionalism makes him a pleasure to work with.
